Evan Robinson, Owner
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt
Evan is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Rich Latta of Renzo Gracie PA. Evan started training in 1996, at the age of 21, with his good friend Joe VanBrackle. An unfortunate life event forced Evan to leave jiu-jitsu behind after only 1 year, but he made a promise to himself and Joe that he would continue his jiu-jitsu journey when he could. Since returning in 2015, Evan has been focused on sharing his passion for self defense jiu-jitsu with all who will listen. It is Evan's life work to make others feel safe and reap all the benefits that jiu-jitsu has to offer. From leadership skills to developing courage and self-worth, Evan embodies everything jiu-jitsu teaches and passes it on to fellow students. Evan is active in the community. He is the founder of a non-profit, the RVJJSF.org, which offers jiu-jitsu scholarships locally, to bullied and underprivileged youth. He also coaches local law enforcement so that they may be better prepared while doing their job. Evan has competed in numerous Jiu-Jitsu competitions. He has found his love for coaching and watching others succeed. Evan believes jiu-jitsu is a gift for all the world to share and hopes you stop in one day so he can share it with you !

Chad Kilhefner, Coach
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt
Chad is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Rich Latta of Renzo Gracie PA in Hatfield, PA. He is a former amateur boxer, having trained under former heavyweight champion Larry Holmes, in Easton PA. Chad began his jiu-jitsu journey at age 41 and it completely transformed his life for the better. For years he suffered from back pain, weighing over 300 pounds, and was convinced that his best days were behind him -- until he mustered up the courage and made the decision to step on the mats and give jiu-jitsu a try. With consistent effort and perseverance, he was able to transform his mind, body and spirit to a better version of himself through the art, camaraderie and magic or jiu-jitsu. He is an advocate for people to become strong, healthy, happy, confident and dangerous -- and choosing to use it for good. Chad has a passion for helping people develop the best parts of themselves and seeing them achieve more than they thought possible. Come experience the contagious enthusiasm he has for jiu-jitsu and self defense. If he can do it, so can you !
